Refund Policy

Dear fans, occasionally we might have to cancel and reschedule some of our events due to unforeseen circumstances 
that are out of our control. There will always be another event to reschedule your event to in this case. Your tickets 
are for any of our future events in any city. There is a strict no refund policy, reschedule only. 

Missing your reservation

If you miss your reservation, at the very minimum you will loose the booking fees. Please understand that we have to
pay the venue per head count. We are still charged for a no show.  In some cases, we can apply some credit to another
event. If you book a cruise and you miss it, your ticket will be a forfeit. Please make sure to arrive a good 30 minutes
early and allow additional time for your drive in case of traffic. We can not give refunds for our cruise events at all.
Cruise ship are very expensive and we rely on every ticket sale to cover cost.

Changing Your Reservation
 
We understand things happen. We are happy to change your reservation for you when things come up. In order to
change your reservation you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the original event you registered for on
our website. Please first select a new event from our website.  Then, send us an email at info@saviproductions.com
requesting your venue change and make sure to include the new venue you would like to attend.

Here are the options with 48 hour notice:

1. We can reschedule your event to a future date for a 20% fee due to late cancellation.
2. We can sell your tickets to someone on the waiting list for 20% fee and give you a refund for the rest.
3. We can give you a 50% refund and cancel.
4. You are able to give your tickets to a friend or family at no cost.

NO REFUNDS FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.
